Shipping Policy

 

·      Shipping estimate is 3-5 business days with 1-2 business days for processing.

·      Orders are not processed from Friday 5pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays. 

·      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

·      Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will be calculated and determined at checkout.

·      To follow the progress and location of your order, please see the tracking information included in your confirmation email.

·      We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

·      We also cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for items incorrectly delivered due to an inaccurate/incomplete address.

·      No International shipping currently.

 

Package Protection

     The best way to safeguard your purchase is to select our Package Protection option at checkout. An order that includes Package Protection is 100% covered in the case of lost, theft or damage while in transit. Customers who experience lost, theft or damage during transit can email info@embracingblackculture.com to submit a claim. Our team will review and upon approval will either issue a replacement or refund.

     We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

To submit a claim:

1) Email “info@embracingblackculture.com” with subject line “Package Protection Claim Order #(insert your order number)

2) Include your tracking number and contents of your order

3) Identify whether it was loss, theft or damage

4) Include a description and/or any supporting pictures

 

Without Package Protection

Embracing Black Culture is not liable for any products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. Any resolution for unprotected orders is to the discretion of Embracing Black Culture at that time.
