Refund policy

Return Policy

·      Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of their item(s).

·      Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition.

·      The refund will be processed once the original item(s) is returned and inspected.

·      Returns can come as cash refunds or store credit.

·      Return shipping labels will be provided but the cost of the label is to be deducted from final cash return amount. If a customer exchanges their item, only one exchange is allowed and the return label cost is covered.

Exchange Policy

·      Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange of their item(s).

·      If the customer is exchanging an item, there is no fee for the return label or for the new shipping cost. 

·      The exchange order will go through once the original item(s) is returned and inspected.

·      If the desired exchange item is out of stock, the customer will receive store credit.

·      Once an exchange has been processed, it is no longer eligible for further exchanges or returns.
